After a foray into the origins of electronic music in Detroit with four multi-disciplinary events in the first instalment, Electron returns to the dancefloor in October with three clubbing evenings with a different stylistic direction: On Friday 4 October, we'll be revisiting House on two dancefloors in the unprecedented setting of La Comédie de Genève; on the following Friday, the Palladium will be in Techno / Hard Techno mode under the nervous BPMs of an all-female line-up; finally, we'll close this edition on Saturday 12 at the Palladium with an apotheosis end by Laurent Garnier himself!
The Comédie de Genève is a completely new venue for this ‘Electron Club’ evening unlike any other! For the first time ever, the Electron festival is teaming up with the famous institution to transform this unusual setting into a veritable den of electronic music, with not one, but two dancefloors! On Friday 4 October, to open the festival, the Comédie will be revisiting house, from the more soulful and funky with diggers CHIMA ISAARO and ACE SOUNDSYSTEM to the wackier MÉZIGUE, for the only Swiss date of his live show, and the more hardgroove of Mall Grab's colleague KETTAMA.
