For its 30th edition, the Geneva International Film Festival is pleased to present the film DUNE: PROPHECY (Highlights):
From the expansive universe of Dune, created by acclaimed author Frank Herbert, and 10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, DUNE: PROPHECY follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit. DUNE: PROPHECY is inspired by the novel SISTERHOOD OF DUNE, written by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson. The origins of the powerful Bene Gesserit congregation, 10,000 years before the events of Dune. A gripping new plunge into the extraordinary universe created by Frank Herbert.

This screening is preceded by the GIFF Closing Ceremony - Saturday November 9 from 7:30 pm to 9:15 pm at the Théâtre Pitoëff.
