Policy

Any change or cancellation must be announced exclusively to Geneva Tourism. A CHF 50.- charge will be made for any change or cancellation made from the day of the reservation up to 3 working days preceding your arrival. At the end of this period, and according to the hotel's conditions, the total amount of the package could be forfeited or partially refunded.
