Payment
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), per person and per night in double room; VAT and service included. These prices are not valid for groups. Free for a child up to 6 years in the room of the parents. The payment is to be made by credit card, directly at Geneva Tourism. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Pay Pal, Post Finance and Twint.
Policy
Any change or cancellation must be announced exclusively to Geneva Tourism. A CHF 50.- charge will be made for any change or cancellation made from the day of the reservation up to 3 working days preceding your arrival. At the end of this period, and according to the hotel's conditions, the total amount of the package could be forfeited or partially refunded.
