The tradition of the true French brasserie
Like their elder in Paris, Lipp Geneva, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in September 2016 and Lipp Zurich, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in the fall of 2015, have become places where the tradition of the true French brasserie has firmly established itself.
They have become places where sauerkraut and cassoulet, seafood and oysters, foie gras, mille-feuille, galopin and serious, cru bourgeois and 1er grand cru go well together. Where Ambiance, Welcome, Conviviality, Food for big and small hungers and Wise Additions are written with a capital letter.
Aware that the success and reputation acquired are not only due to a healthy commercial policy, but above all to the efforts of all our employees and a personal investment in order to live the philosophy of the Lipp Brasserie Charter every day.
