Former historic chef of the Buffet de la Gare des Eaux-Vives and the Flacon in Carouge where he was awarded a Michelin star, Serge Labrosse is one of the great names in Geneva gastronomy. In February 2016, he took over the reins of the Auberge Communale de Troinex which he soberly renamed La Chaumière.
