Our flagship product: the inimitable Mac Sablés.
The story of the Mac Sablé begins in 2015 when Christophe Renou was preparing for the Best Craftsman of France Pastry Chef competition. He wanted to recreate the indulgence of the biscuits from his childhood by offering a version that would also appeal to adults, while finding the perfect balance between textures and flavors.
He aimed to take inspiration from the macaron, making it less sweet and more indulgent. Thus, he created the Mac Sablés, with generous fillings between two shortbread cookies with fleur de sel, coated in dark chocolate. These small, round, and crunchy biscuits are handcrafted in our workshops in Carouge, Switzerland.
Each season, in addition to our classics, we offer new limited-edition flavors.
