Paddle Yoga classes take place when conditions are 100% favorable only: Good weather without wind and high temperatures. Classes take place in the morning when the lake, wind, beach and mind are calm.
Release time is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
The meeting is at 9:00 a.m., preparation, explanations, warm-up included. The duration of practice on the water is 1 hour 10 minutes. The practice on the water combines Paddle synchronized with the breath, (Paddle Mindfulness) while moving on the lake and Yoga exercises: There are 3 Paddle movements with 3 stops for Hatha Yoga practices on the boards and a return Paddle. The practice of Hatha Yoga is progressive and degressive. We start with sitting and kneeling postures and slowly we get up.
We give our best advice on how to avoid falling into the water. However, we often fall and that is part of the exercise.
We offer a relaxed, fun practice, outside of performance. Our key words are “enjoy the moment, the beauty of the morning lake, the grandeur of the sky, the joy of having a body and being alive”, the rest follows…

Paddle beginners as well as Yoga beginners are welcome, we adapt the levels. All equipment is provided on site and is included in the price.

Know how to swim, not be injured or in poor physical condition, be well hydrated and have strength. In case of pregnancy from the 3rd month, bring a swimsuit and sunglasses. Bring a padlock for your personal belongings.
